According to a survey by The Princeton Review that asked 122,000 students at 371 top colleges to rate their schools on dozens of topics and report on their campus experiences, the university where the gay community is most accepted is New York University.  The most liberal students are at Warren Wilson College in North Carolina and the most politically active students are at George Washington University in Washington, DC.

One popular commercial compares the price of a Mac laptop to various PC brands. The advertisement asserts that Macs cost more than PCs. This was one of the things that prevented James Roy from buying a Mac at first. "Anytime I would get excited about an Apple product, there would be countless people telling me that it's a waste of money. But I don't think so. If you're willing to put up the extra cash up front, as well as follow a few guidelines, you can end up ahead of the game with a lower total cost of ownership."
